Scientists say that every quantum event plays out simultaneously in every possible way, with each possibility becoming real in a separate universe. But that was just an abstract concept... until now! Because now, you can harness this powerful and mysterious effect right from your iPhone.
When faced with a tough choice, Universe Splitter allows you to live out BOTH of your options... in separate realities.* No mere coin-flip app can make this claim!
Heres how it works:
Lets say you have to make a difficult decision — for example, whether to accept a job offer or to turn it down. Just type both actions into your Universe Splitter, and press the "Split Universe" button.
Universe Splitter will then, over the internet, activate a remote "Quantis" brand quantum device (made by id Quantique, and certified by the National Metrology Institute of Switzerland) which will send a single photon into a quantum "either/or" state. According to current scientific thinking, though, the photon will actually be in a "both, but in separate universes" state!
Within seconds, Universe Splitter will report to you which of those two universes you’re in, and by taking a different action in each, you will cause these previously identical universes to diverge.*
Of course, you wont be able to see or interact with that other universe. In fact, you may question whether anything at all happened. But according to the prevailing quantum theory, there will be two of you pondering whether anything just happened!

Universe Splitter app good for
Stupid. But SO GREAT. Its more funny than useful but it does make good decisions for you!
This app is total genius (literally). Too great... kudos to its inventors- thanks for the fun gentlemen!
I am writing a bad review of this awesome app in another universe.
This app gets people talking about quantum physics, science and philosophy. I have a $#!+ eating grin every time an actual photon is sent on my behalf. Truly brilliant and worth every penny. In another universe, you didnt buy this app and youve regretted it ever since.
Some bad moments
Somehow this makes a coin toss decision less wiggle-out-able. When the app says this is my current universe, I obey! Lol. Anyway, tried to use the app today and it wont get past connecting to Geneva. This seems odd, since theres really no reason for the app to have to TRULY connect to any of- site source. Why isnt it just a randomizer within the app itself? Disappointed.
Scientific and imaginative! Great way to track my decisions and create more universes to be in. The Retro, Steampunk styling is cool.
Love the design - some of the best, cleanest graphics Ive seen on Apps. And, apparently, it really does split the universe, according to quantum physics theory, so, its so much better than flipping a coin. You get the best of both worlds. Or, universes. FTW.
In the sprit of the immortal Lubos Kohoutek, I predict this will be the most successful app EVER!

Well this is just a short review as Im just writing after only having d/l the app a minute ago...Yes its that good..and dont let the title mislead you...if you are not scientific minded this has equal loads of appeal..but it is only after really understanding what power you have harnessed in your iPhone (in a true scientific analysis) will you realize you are now playing a role tantamount to a Supreme Being.
Freaky chilling and Why?
Because I actually looked up the quantis device thinking to myself why would they need your iPhone to connect to the internet to make a decision when simple random apps give generators but after reading it I understood that a Quantis device is the only true random decision maker and is put through several tests to monitor randomness and exploits Quantom Theory to provide an honest to goodness random decision. Its like drinking freshly roasted,brewed coffee compared to instant coffee--theres just no accepting substitutes once you know you can access the REAL DEAL!
Freaky and How?
Amazingly clean app, beautiful launch sequence that guides you through every step and finally lands to a decision with as much fanfare as it took you to make that Quantum step in your life b/w two random paths. Another great plus is it manages to track your steps through the Universe as it were from your choices so you see the steps you have taken to your current goal...now this may not sound like a lot..but just think..Quantum randomness led you to where you are..I dont know why but that does give me the chills to be able to see this play out..Im only hoping that the steps are not too limited and we can trace through a good hundred or so important decisions (DEVELOPER PLS TAKE NOTE!)
Freaky and Where?
In so many parallel universes as each choice made via the Quantis device should theoretically open parallel universes for you but ultimately the chosen universe for you now allows you, rather it demands you to follow the Universal Rule of Chaos and follow through to your final resting state!
Freaky and Freakier to Come?
I will update with more when possible but since this was just a first review after using it only once just know it is worth the $ for something so genuinely random as explained when you research Quantis you will find out that computer randomness is not truly random based on inherent weakness of how computer programming is.
Also for the future, I would at this point ask the Developer three suggestions:
1) Please ensure that the map tracings are able to hold several hundred or more paths that can be scrolled up or down--at this point I dont know because I have not made enough Quantum Decisions :)
2) Please also see to offer possible common choices or at least save the list of choices made (I know I can look at these through the map tracings but I dont necessarilly want to make each choice just have them to choose from) so I may be able to make "quick selects" instead of typing in my own choices when needed..ie as your starting example : "play safe/take a chance" or other simple commonly used choices "A or B" , stay/leave save/spend etc.
3) Please allow for erasing any individual steps as well as I saw there is a reset all button but it would be cool (though not scientifically as accurate) to be able to erase any steps taken in the map tracings.
**I will include this letter to Developer and update if I find them as quick to respond to my queries besides posting here so may update this in a further review.
All in All go for it...really unique and fun way of arriving to a decision!
